1. What is your MOQ?
Our MOQ is 200 pcs /item, and all the clients would be suggested to order at least one 20 container, so the goods won't be damaged during the transport. For the first trial order, 200PCS/item would be ok.
2.Do you provide samples?
Yes, we would like to send you a sample free of charge, only freight collect. Do you have any express account such as TNT, UPS, Fedex…and so on? If so, you can asked for the door-to-door service. If not, you can give the freight to me, and we pay for you at our side, we have the TNT account, they would give us a special discount and it’s only take 3-5 days arrive you.
3,what is the deliivery time?
35-40 days after PI /confirm/ied. It depend on the production schedule.
4.What about your payment?
We accept TT 30%deposit, 70% against B/L copy. Or T/T before shipment.
5.What is your main market?
Europe, America , Canada, and all over the world.
6.Can I use my own brand?
Sure, both OEM and ODM are OK. You can choose our items be yours, just with stickers or your logo on it. And you can take your own current items to us, and we copy it then production it for you. Even you only have an idea, image or just a pictures for the item, we can make it became turely item for you.
Our designers and engineers are experienced at the function and the structure.My boss maomao is working at this more than 30 years and surely he know well about all our products.
And if you need open the new mould, we can keep the mould for you and we would ensure you that we won't sale the same item to your market.
7.Can I visit your factory?
Of course, warmly welcome to visit our factory, pls contact us to make an appointment. Also we can booking the hotel and pick you up from the air port or something like this. Just let me know if anything we can do for you.
8.Do you attend any show ?
We attend two shows every year. One is namm show, usually held on January in California, and our booth No. is 1546 in 2017. Another is Shanghai Music show, on October every year and our booth No. is E4F52 in 2016.
Every time we would like to introuding the new items and service to our clients, and we meet most our new clients from the show.
